Ever since it was founded, TGM has been on a path where it is absolutely necessary to continuously update its technologies and production methods. All machines are therefore cyclically reconditioned or replaced in order to be able to count on high-performance equipment capable of working with the best possible quality; tools and equipment are periodically checked and calibrated to guarantee the necessary efficiency.
VERTICAL MACHINING CENTRES
We have normal and multi-pallet vertical machining centres, with a maximum dimensional capacity of 1000×500 millimetres, the latest models are served by anthropomorphic robots for loading raw materials and unloading machined parts.
HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTRES
Our multi-pallet horizontal machining centres have a max. dimensional capacity of 1600x1100x1350 millimetres, also in this case the loading and unloading work is done by a dedicated anthropomorphic robot.
AUTOMATIC BAR TURNING CENTRES
The 5-axis bar turning centres are fed by automatic bar feeders and can process bars with diameters ranging from 2 to 70 millimetres. The automatic feeding and the possibility of carrying out various machining operations already during the turning phase make these centres very useful and productive.
5-AXIS TAKE-OFF LATHES
The 5-axis take-off lathes are served by anthropomorphic robots and can machine up to a diameter of 450 millimetres.
VERTICAL LATHES
Vertical lathes utilise a motorised carrousel system. As the system rotates, it allows the operator to replace machined parts with new ones while the machine is running, thus minimising the lathe’s idle time.
MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT
TGM’s machine park is complete and well-equipped, with centreless grinding machines, plane grinding machines, thread rolling machines, mechanical deburring machines, hydraulic presses and mechanical presses, as well as material washing machines and bead peening machines.
